2) Lynn Goldsmith| Rock and Roll Stories

The story of rock lives in Lynn Goldsmith’s photos. Lynn Goldsmith’s extensive body of work is a primary source from the music scene between 1960 and 1995 chronicling her friendships with cult hero musicians like Michael Jackson, Bob Marley, The Rolling Stones, Bowie, Bob Dylan and Patti Smith. Her photographs capture rare tender moments that another side of the widely photographed stars in down time, during moments that feel personal, giving us a window into real life moments. Lynn Invited me in to her studio filled with amazing photographs and signed my book. She’s warmhearted and when you meet her, you can only imagine the thousands of word that describe her experiences traveling and shooting some of the greatest performers of all time in intimate settings and on stage. Plus Patti Smith comments on her photos on Instagram.

They are well and still obsessed with New York, where it all started and thrives, alive in the hearts of artists forever.

3)  Rina Sawayama | "Ordinary Superstar"

We’ve been obsessed with Tokyo since the jump, and the uber stylish hype beasts are clawing their way onto the worldwide stage while simultaneously blowing our mind. Rina Sawayama is an intergalactic performer with songs like Ordinary superstar, and the new official music video styled by Nicola Formichetti’s team. This creative dream team capture an 80’s Tokyo Glam vibe featuring all jewelry from Laruicci Megawatt Jewelry.

I love the collaboration in this project Tokyo, meets Italian Style, with jewelry from New York. It's mutual adoration, and all featured on I-D Magazine online with the official music video premiere. Check out all new heavy gold glamorous jewelry at www.Laruicci.com to steal her style.

Ryan Hoffman (Chain of Strength, Quiet Panic)
Quiet Panic is focused on delivering underground art, design, music, and books from afflicted creators who express themselves without limitations or fear of failing. Their roster includes a profound mix of styles ranging from lo-fi rap to power violence.

1. Black Flag/Sonic Youth | Circa 1985 | Generator Show - Downtown LA

As a young kid, I was lucky enough to witness Sonic Youth's Los Angeles debut appearance in an alley near Al's Bar in Downtown Los Angeles. In the mid 80's downtown LA-- later The Lofts District-- was desolate, just empty, dilapidated warehouses a few blocks from skid row. Similar to the shows which started evolving in the Mojave desert, Black Flag brought a generator to DTLA and organized a show in the middle of the street. It was amazing. It was the first time I experienced unorthodox guitar tuning and intense depth of sound. Sonic Youth has the ability to sound "twice as loud" by blending sound textures. Thurston Moore, Kim Gordon, Lee Ranaldo, and Steve Sheeley are true artists.

Fiddlehead is based in Boston and fronted by ex-Have Heart vocalist Pat Flynn. An amazing band with melodic depth of Sunny Day Real Estate, but with the raw emotion of Rites of Spring. I'm obsessed with "Springtime and Blind", and I can't wait to hear more.

3. Adam DeGross - Photographer/Director

Adam is based in Minneapolis and known for underground photography ranging from Hardcore to Hip hop. A vital part of the modern cutting-edge subcultures. His art is aggressive and powerful. Check out Ghostmane's "D(r)own" music video:
